Job description

As the Senior Marketing Associate for Sage, you will oversee the marketing of the Injury Prevention portfolio in Canada. You will create a marketing plan and execute on tactics that drive the performance of the Injury Prevention business for Stryker Canada.  You will also support our greater Medical Marketing team in Canada by owning territory assessments across Acute Care, Sage and Emergency Care and will have responsibilities for our collateral sharing platform, Highspot.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
•  Coordinates and manages sales support through the education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development and projects as assigned.
• Provide support to Brand/marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments
• Develop, drive and support national tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results
• Perform sales and marketing analysis, assists with trade shows, literature development and presentations

• Responsible for product or portfolio's targeting and positioning
• Gather internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders
• Provide sales training, develop roadmaps and support new product launches
• Develop sales tools and drives marketing campaign execution
• Direct sales support in the field


WHAT YOU NEED:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of work experience required

• Eligible to work in a healthcare environment and travel to the U.S required
