Job description

What will you do?

Team Leadership:

  • Manage the clean room production team, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Oversee recruitment, development, conflict resolution, and promote DE&I.

  • Plan team availability and conduct performance assessments to support growth.

Operational Management:

  • Track KPIs, maintain process standards, and lead daily team meetings.

  • Supervise documentation, in-process controls, and product quality.

  • Manage maintenance activities and ensure proper training for contract cleaners and operators.

Problem Solving & Improvement:

  • Resolve non-conformities and lead process improvement initiatives.

  • Support validation processes and implement technological enhancements.

Training & Development:

  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and standards adherence.

What you need?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Production Management (or related field).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, logistics, or quality management.

  • Experience in managing teams within a clean room or regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Communicative Polish and English language skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with modern production management methods (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, KAIZEN).

  • Experience in the medical, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.

  • Knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis.

  • Additional language skills in German or French
