What you will do

The Senior Manager, Supply Planning (Onsite) is responsible for owning the end-to-end supply plan for the Weston, FL site, supporting the MAKO business. This role ensures the development and execution of short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans that align with demand while driving key performance metrics including plan attainment, material availability, OTIF, and inventory. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, this leader bridges customer demand with manufacturing capabilities, enabling informed decision-making through IBP/S&OP processes. The role partners cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and IBP teams to deliver an integrated, high-quality supply plan that supports customer commitments, operational targets, and overall business performance. This is a onsite role. We are seeking a candidate in the surrounding area. The employee is expected to be physically present at a Stryker location on a daily basis.

  • Partners with planners and schedulers to develop and maintain a realistic, executable supply plan aligned to production needs across finished goods, sub-assemblies, and components.

  • Lead continuous improvement of key supply chain metrics, including schedule attainment, OTIF, material availability, inventory optimization, and E&O reduction.

  • Ensure supply plans are financially aligned by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating business impacts to plant and franchise leadership.

  • Drive execution and performance of core planning processes, including MRP, capacity planning, demand/supply balancing, and inventory target setting.

  • Provide data-driven insights and scenarios to executive supply reviews, influencing decisions that optimize cost, service levels, and operational performance.

  • Partner with manufacturing leadership to inform capacity strategy, capital investments, and identify opportunities for cost and cash flow improvements.

  • Lead IBP/S&OP participation, enabling scenario planning, risk mitigation, and clear communication across cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and alignment to best practices, while fostering collaboration across sites and franchises.

What you need

  • Degree level in business, engineering, supply chain management or a related field

  • 10 years’ work experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, production, planning, engineering or purchasing role

  • People management experience of leading a group or team

  • Demonstrated track record in driving operational performance via strong leadership and changing management skills

  • Experience deploying or leading a team using system-based planning with Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)

  • Analytical/quantitative skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PBI

  • IT Planning system knowledge hands on within SAP/JDA/JDE/Oracle platforms

  • Demonstrates strong decision-making ability in a multiple scenario environment and ability to use business and financial acumen to drive E2E decisions & key outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Production line or engineering practical experience

  • Project management able to demonstrate experience in running projects specifically around problem solving and root causing based on lean way of working (six sigma)

  • Demonstrate knowledge of S&OP and IBP processes and the role of supply planning within the overall process


United States of America Pay Ranges:

USN: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual
