What you will do:
- Own Test Lab strategy, operations, utilization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead infrastructure, equipment lifecycle, maintenance, calibration, and compliance.
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory to support development, validation, and sustaining engineering.
- Manage CapEx/OpEx, vendors, AMCs, cost optimization, and productivity initiatives.
- Establish KPIs for uptime, reliability, cost, and performance; ensure zero unplanned downtime.
- Build, lead, and develop multi‑level teams with full people and financial accountability.
- Present performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
- Partner with divisional R&D teams and other stake holders to identify strategic opportunities and build competency around those in increasing the Lab utilization.
- Develop and execute Test Lab strategy aligned with R&D and business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years in MedTech / Manufacturing / Engineering Labs; 7+ years leading teams.
- Strong financial acumen and regulatory knowledge (FDA, ISO 13485/14971).
- Lean Six Sigma expertise preferred.
