The Senior Manager, IT Business Partner will be at the forefront of driving innovation and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. By fostering strong partnerships with leadership teams, this individual will lead transformative IT initiatives that deliver measurable business value, enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted IT partner and member of the business leadership team.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with business leaders and teams.
- Manage IT budgets and guide strategic investments in technology.
- Align IT strategy with business objectives and ensure its execution.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for technology innovation and drive business case development.
- Oversee a team of IT Business Partners, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business expectations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional IT/IS and/or business experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional and IS projects.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in budgeting, CERs, and IT metrics management.
- Extensive knowledge (5+ years) in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of systems interrelationships and IS strategy development.
- Familiarity with regulations such as SOX, computer systems validation, and PMO standards.
- Proven ability to work effectively in global matrix organizations and build cross-functional relationships.
