What you will do
As a key leader within the Center of Excellence (COE), the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting will drive strategic FP&A processes for the MSNT (MedSurg Neurotechnology) commercial group and related divisions. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping a high-impact finance function, providing essential insights that empower commercial leaders to make informed business decisions. With strong influence across VP and Director-level finance stakeholders, this leader will champion the transformation, standardization, and migration of planning and reporting activities from local teams to the centralized COE. Lead COE financial planning & reporting for the MSNT commercial group and related divisions
Drive transformation and standardization of FP&A processes in partnership with VP and Director-level leaders
Collaborate with divisional finance teams on month-end close, forecasts, and integration of BPC tools
Establish and maintain standardized, scalable FP&A processes aligned with data governance principles
Develop a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and advancing business partnering skills
Continuously improve processes to enhance both efficiency and strategic insight
Build advanced capabilities in financial planning, including predictive analytics and dashboard reporting
Set clear goals, track performance, and uphold service level agreements to deliver high-impact results
What you need
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting, or in a closely related finance role
Preferred
CPA
This role is a hybrid role and requires the candidate to be in the Flower Mound, TX office 2-3 days each week.
