What you will do
The Senior Manager Downstream Marketing will lead a marketing team focused on Digital and Enabling technologies program by driving product and/or marketing strategies and programs consistent with overall business objectives. This highly visible role will lead and develop a team of marketing professionals which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, and administering performance management as needed
Lead the team responsible for the Blueprint Downstream marketing
Responsible for the marketing plan: its creation and execution
Challenge the team to employ appropriate segmentation, targeting, and positioning methods
Identify opportunities to modify pricing strategy based on market conditions and product lifecycle
Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions in collaboration with other marketing leaders
Establish metrics to determine if marketing objectives have been effective in driving customer engagement
Identify and implement breakthrough solutions across cross-functional teams, demonstrating business influence
Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching, developing and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
Responsible and accountable for actions promoting an environment that fosters personal growth and development
What you need
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of work experience required
MBA preferred
4+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience is highly desirable.
4+ years of people management experience preferred
- Working experience in Clinical settings, operating room environments, and implantable products is a plus.
