Job description
This role leads the execution of strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and cost competitiveness across the business. The position works across engineering, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate opportunities, manage programs, and ensure structured delivery aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
You will oversee cross-functional projects, analyze business opportunities, and drive implementation through clear governance, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic programs aligned with business and regional objectives.
- Deliver projects within approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accountability to stakeholders.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and governance structures to track progress and ensure execution discipline.
- Evaluate business opportunities through financial, operational, and technical analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives that improve overall business competitiveness.
- Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions, to execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including progress updates, risk tracking, and escalation management.
- Assess and implement external partnerships and technologies from evaluation through execution
What you will need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, operations, business development, or project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Experience in medical device or similarly regulated industries.
- Experience leading cost reduction or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience managing external partnerships or vendor engagements.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
