What you will do:
Lead IT project execution and perform activities as per Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes
Lead Requirements Gathering, Design Documentation, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions in the HR Applications Stack
Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and recommend holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes
Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow , performance , and technical efficiencies.
Manage deliverables across multiple Projects and Release Cycles
What you will need:
Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience required, with a minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HCM
Workday Integrations Certification or demonstrated equivalent competencies
Workday Integration technology stack viz SOAP, REST, Studio, Connectors, EIB, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, Object Transporter
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field of study required
Master’s degree in a technical field preferred
