The Sr. Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for delivering digital and print design, presentation design in PowerPoint, web page design and video editing/production.

What you will do
Produce, enhance, and manage digital/print content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Workfront.
Possess knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration, and effective verbal and written communication.
Have experience working within complex brand guidelines.
Collaborate with corporate partners to develop engaging, brand-compliant PowerPoint presentations.
Contribute to ideation, creative brainstorms, and conceptualization.
Serve as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, ensuring all marketing communications align with brand guidelines, maintain visual identity consistency, and uphold brand integrity across all channels.
Encourage and build upon teammates' ideas, fostering a collaborative environment.
Support leadership with presentation design approach and execution, often with quick turnaround times.
Manage and maintain all files, adhering to file naming conventions and archiving processes.
Ensure design files meet correct specifications and are prepared for deployment.
Experiment with new and innovative concepts and design principles to maximize impact.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Approach tasks with a professional, positive attitude, demonstrating self-motivation, teamwork, dynamism, and creativity, with the ability to work independently.
What you need
Four year degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
2+ years of professional Graphic Design experience
Proven experience in Graphic Design, with a strong background in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and editing software.
Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
An excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
Ability to use common office equipment and Microsoft Office 365 software
Demonstrates creative and critical thinking skills

*$58,700 - $118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*
