Job description
What you will do:
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the Site Master Plan, aligning infrastructure and facility capacity with business needs. It involves planning and coordinating facility, layout, and expansion projects, ensuring efficient use of space and compliance with regulatory standards. This is an individual contributor role that provides technical leadership in site planning while working closely with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain the Site Master Plan aligned with business growth requirements
Plan and coordinate changes to plant layouts, office spaces, and production equipment to improve space utilization and flow
Define infrastructure and capacity requirements, including utilities and cleanroom environments
Translate business needs into technical facility and planning requirements with clear specifications
Coordinate with external architecture and engineering firms to develop designs and construction plans
Prepare bid documentation, evaluate proposals, and support contractor selection processes
Estimate costs for design and execution, including equipment, installation, labor, and materials
Monitor construction and installation progress to ensure alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
What you will need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar), in roles such as industrial construction, facilities engineering, or capital projects, including support of cleanroom environments and industrial infrastructure systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and engineering specifications.
Intermediate level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
Experience in cleanroom design or industrial facility expansion projects
Experience supporting capital expenditure (CapEx) project execution
