Job description

What you will do:

You will lead the process development for new product development at Stryker Robotics. In this role, you will review be responsible for:

  • Drive design for manufacturability reviews

  • Identify, audit, and develop external vendors to meet our quality standards

  • Develop the manufacturing and inspection process

  • Qualify equipment and validate critical processes and inspections to ensure a reliable production process

  • Manage prototype builds, lead times and budget to support project milestones

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous manufacturing experience

  • Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and understanding geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing

  • Experience with process development, controls and inspection-  (e.g. Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, Validations and Measurement System Analysis).

  • Project management experience

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry

  • Experience managing external vendors

  • Experience with GDT, DFM, and Gage R&R


United States of America Pay Ranges:

$77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
