Job description
Main objective / purpose of the role:
This position is responsible to achieve assigned sales quotas and increase Stryker‘s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.
List out the key responsibilities / outputs and its respective activities/input:
Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.
Support Business director / Sales Manager to formulate the sales plan and acitivites in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growh.
Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners (dealers) and customersPrepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
Explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Strykers‘customer pool
Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis
Compile customers‘feedback to drive for quality of service and to expand business portfolio.
Provide clinical and technical support during cases and inform the clinician of patient treatment options. Engage customers in meaningful clinical discussions – which can positively impact patient outcomes – while being present in the procedure.
Conduct product in-services, including physical demonstrations using non-sterile product and evaluations for successful account conversion.
Strive to provide “win/win” outcomes for BSC & customers while maintaining premium ASPs through leveraging of propriety products.Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities or customer complaints relating to the product, procedure and quality system.
Assist in the development of lesser-experienced sales reps to extend skill sets and expertise of these individuals.
Assets management: Assist to manage the consignment according to the company’s policy.
Completes the mandatory Quality training subject to the defined timeline. And ensure compliance with internal Quality system and policy.
Functional Knowledge / Talents
Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
Degree holder in medicine or medical, or sales and marketing related area
At least 2 years‘ sales and marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare industry
Prefer experience in, or direct exposure to, the healthcare product or medical device industry.
