Job description
What you will do:
- Plan and execute end-to-end Mako clinical demonstrations to ensure successful procedural outcomes
- Conduct Mako saw bone demonstrations for surgeons
- Maintain monthly follow-ups on lead progress check
- Working jointly with the MET sales team to understand customer needs, develop customized technical solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
- Provide the sales team with product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Conduct Cadaver lab for surgeon certifications
- Represent Mako at industry events, national/regional trade shows.
- Conduct Mako workshops and live surgeries at conferences
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 to 4 years of work experience required
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
