What You Will Do

  • Partners with Business Process Owners and Business Process Implementation Leads to support Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies with implementation of To-Be Commercial Template processes. 
  • Supports timely completion of deployment activities within the Territory & Incentive Compensation process area inclusive of the ecosystem application landscape.
  • Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes.
  • Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities.
  • Supports activities to enable rapid decisions making and the resolutions of risks, issues and key decisions.
  • Coordinates with business enablement team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables.
  • Supports business SME’s with execution of data cleansing, and data migration and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.
  • Support the creation and delivery of training content.
  • Responsible for testing activities including test script reviews and editing, test data readiness, and test execution.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or equivalent preferred).
  • Masters in in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in relevant process area.
  • Previous experience in sales compensation systems preferred (SAP Commissions, Varicent, Forma.ai, etc.).
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30%.
