Job description
What you will do:
Perform Account Reconciliation for assigned entities
Investigate and resolve unsupported balances with main customers
Provide support to businesses on requests related to journal/recon backups
Escalate any unusual activity or aged items to management which enables a proactive response to potential risks and related losses
Financial Statement analysis
Drive month-end closing process and any request as deem necessary
Control and validate WBS activity.
Comply with Corporate accounting policies, US and local GAAP
Performs other related work as assigned by management
What you need:
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Fluent spoken and written in English (85%)
3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting role within a matrixed international company.
Experience with migration processes.
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or QAD systems
Experience working in a shared service center within a global or large organization
