Job description
As a Sales representative, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to support sales of Stryker Trauma & Extremities products that meet our customers’ most pressing needs. Under the supportive supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, you will gain exposure to the proven winning Stryker Trauma team culture that delivers industry-leading results. You will receive best-in-class formal training on our Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology.
You will become a trusted partner to our clients through your focus on client service, excellent account management, and commitment to our mission of improving healthcare.
What you will do:
- Promote and sell a portfolio of trauma products directly to current and new end customers.
- Inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices.
- Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
- Take initiative to track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
- Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
- Provide exceptional service to customers with attention to detail and integrity.
- Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Trauma Sales Representatives and Managers.
What you need:
Required:
- Proven experience in Orthopaedics field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Patience and self-motivation;
- Analytical and planning skills;
- Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes;
- Strong teamwork and networking skills;
- Commercial and business awareness;
