Sports Medicine Sales Representative – Wallonia and Luxemburg

As a Sales Representative, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Sports Medicine portfolio – covering the Wallonia and Luxemburg territory. Whether it is in the operating theatre, trade shows or clinical meetings, you will conduct such inspiring product demonstrations that doctors and hospital staff can’t help but say “yes” to your sales pitches! In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise.

Your key responsibilities:
- In your new role, you will start with an intensive familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
- You will be planning and executing business plans. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations, including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
- With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train surgical & theatre staff on its O.R use during workshops.
- You will be responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
- Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and will also be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What are we looking for?
- You gained 2 years of sales experience within medical devices or related industries like pharmaceutical.
- You hold a university degree in the field of medical technology, health management, business administration or other science or technical career.
- You hold a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English is required.

- Drive: You have a strong enthusiasm for medical technology and your passion and ambition for selling complex products with the best possible customer service is very important to you.
- Adaptability: you are as equally comfortable showing surgeons how to use our equipment during a live surgery as you are going through a finance plan with Purchase Department.
- Resilience and empathy: you understand our customers’ needs and keep going until you both have achieved a successful outcome.
- Global mindset and teamwork: you appreciate working in an international environment in close partnership with other team members. Liaising and building relationships with people from various backgrounds excite you.
