Job description
What you will do:
Generate and increase demand with C-level management, Biomedical Engineers, Nurses, Purchasing Directors, and KOLs in the assigned territory.
Segment customers to identify potential stakeholders and develop an annual clinical education program.
Act as a product expert and reference for Biomedical, Nursing, and Purchasing departments.
Attend surgical procedures to strengthen relationships with KOLs and identify new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM and other tools to measure market size and ensure business growth.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate training sessions in alignment with the company’s strategy.
Comply with commercial and regulatory policies, report complaints, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Plan weekly and monthly activities, generate sales and expense reports, and complete mandatory training with a minimum score of 85%.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotion or sales within operating rooms or the medical device industry.
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
