Job description
Acute Care Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker products to meet our customer’s needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in the Hospital, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform nurses, administrators, executives and others as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.
What you will do
Work strategically to promote and sell products to meet our customer’s needs.
Achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to sales, marketing, clinical and demonstrations of all related products and programs.
Responsible for becoming the expert and being knowledgeable not only of your own products, but of competitors’ offerings, builds credibility with your customers.
Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
Contribute to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas.
At times, you may be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds (lift unassisted 75-80 pounds) to accomplish job accountabilities.
Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence with a safe driving record as you will be operating a company vehicle capable of transporting equipment.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma and minimum of 5 years of work experience
Experience with customer or account management
Preferred:
Sales or clinical experience
Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems
