Job description
Key Activities & Accountabilities
Account Support:
- Collaboration with RSM and local sales team to drive business through key account management in identified accounts in the region.
- Service existing customer base within the theatre and clinical environment
- Provide theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products
- Understand the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers the best possible solutions
- Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment as required
- Support the RSM in the development and management of key accounts in the region including the preparation of tenders and business presentations
Marketing & Communication
- Work in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Develop and drive customer faculty engagement across the division.
- Manage exhibition presence, commitment and current impact and ROI.
- Assess and implement change to existing customer education offering.
- Lead compliance submissions and any subsequent documentation requirements for identified meetings, education and congresses
- Involvement in external training courses and educational events from the perspective of needs analysis, design and delivery of the course including all associated administration and management.
- Identify and manage potential faculty from KOL database to enhance and support education programs and congress events.
- Support the rollout of new products as and when applicable.
- Provide VOC engagement and feedback.
- Involvement in ad hoc projects.
- Additional responsibilities as directed by RSM/NSM.
