The Job's Mission
 

As a Sales Representative Endoscopy, you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Sports Medicine and Visualization products covering the Stockholm region. Stryker’s Endoscopy business is the technology leader in minimally invasive and open surgery by offering comprehensive solutions to meet the changing needs of the high-tech operating room. Within the Sports Medicine portfolio, we offer a wide range of innovative sports medicine implants, instrumentation, resection and biologic solutions. Our solutions focus on minimally invasive and open approaches to the shoulder, hip, knee and small joints.

In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and clinical expertise. What you will do :

  • In your new role, after a familiarization phase with product trainings, you will take over sales activities in the field for our Endoscopy Sports Medicine and Visualization product portfolio in Stockhom/Sweden.

  • You will implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with hospital administrations and purchasing departments.

  • With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train healthcare professionals in its use during workshops.

  • You will provide customer care for physicians, OR staff, and hospital administration and sterilization departments. This will include working within a clinical environment.

  • Further, you will provide with clinical product support also as on-site guidance and assistance.

  • You will work closely with other team members within the defined region, and the Regional Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

  • Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and will also be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.

  • You will sell complex products with passion with the best possible customer service

  • You will build and maintaining networks with a wide variety of people who may hold differing beliefs or values.

What you need :

Required :

  • University degree in the field of medical technology, health management, business administration or other science or technical career.

  • Valid driving license.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish is required.

  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Preferred :

  • Endoscopy or Sports Medicine (Arthroscopy) product knowledge.

  • 2 years Sales experience in medical related fields or B2B sales experience

  • Proven track record of achieving goals
