Job description
The program will run for 9 months and upon completion of the training, successful candidates will continue employment with Stryker as an Account Executive in the Sales function.
Core Rotation (7 months) – Sales
•Participate in sales training and surgery case observations to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall professional skills.
•Participate in conducting product demonstrations and support in the field for healthcare professionals. This includes showcasing the features and functionality of medical equipment, explaining its benefits, and troubleshooting.
•Learn and execute effective communication and relationship-building strategies to establish trust and credibility with customers.
•Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments closely to coordinate efforts, share information, and provide a seamless experience for customers.
•Learn and follow the compliance regulations, industry guidelines, and ethical practices to ensure all sales activities are conducted with integrity and professionalism.
•Support team members and Sales Manager to formulate sales plan and activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
Supporting Rotation (2 months) – Marketing
•Coordinate marketing activities and logistic arrangements.
•Learn and be involved in Marketing processes such as approvals, payments, etc.
•Prepare promotional materials and collaterals.
•Research in sales leads and market opportunities.
What You Need
•Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Sciences, or Computer Science/Engineering from a Hong Kong local university.
•Graduated in 2024/2025 with less than 18 months of working experience.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
•Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
•Adaptable and demonstrated ability to master new knowledge / concepts using a hybrid of taught and self-driven learning.
•Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
•Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Passionate about the medical device industry and improving patient outcomes - willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, some weekends) for surgery support and Marketing events.
