Job description
Robotic Product Specialist – A Pathway from Healthcare to the Private Sector
Brisbane / Toowoomba / Sunshine Coast / Gold Coast
Are you ready to take your healthcare experience into an exciting new direction? At Stryker, we’re offering an incredible opportunity for healthcare professionals—like those from allied health or other health-related roles—who are eager to transition into the private sector and make an impact with cutting-edge technology.
What you'll do:
As a Robotic Product Specialist, you’ll be the clinical and technical expert for Stryker’s world-leading robotic systems, partnering closely with surgeons and medical teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your role will involve:
Supporting surgical procedures, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting to healthcare teams.
Delivering hands-on training and education to healthcare professionals on our robotic solutions.
Building strong relationships with customers and assisting the sales team with your in-depth product knowledge.
Why this role is perfect for healthcare professionals:
Leverage your healthcare background: Your experience working with patients, clinicians, and medical technology makes you a perfect fit for this role. You'll still be helping improve patient outcomes but with the opportunity to make a bigger impact across multiple hospitals.
Comprehensive training: You’ll undergo a world-class training program to become an expert in robotic-assisted surgery, with mentoring from top industry leaders.
Career development: This role is a gateway to a range of exciting career pathways, including sales, sales management, training, and even management roles within Stryker. Many of our Robotic Product Specialists have gone on to become leaders within our organisation.
Be part of innovation: Work with state-of-the-art technology that is transforming healthcare, while still maintaining your connection to the clinical environment.
What we’re looking for:
A healthcare professional with a passion for technology and patient outcomes.
Allied health, nursing, or other health-related backgrounds are highly valued, but what matters most is your commitment to learning and your ability to form strong relationships with clinical teams.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
