What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization by delivering data-driven insights, improving processes, and offering strategic guidance to enhance revenue growth and operational effectiveness. This position requires collaborative efforts across sales, marketing, and customer success departments to refine the entire revenue cycle.

  • Serve as the primary owner of Stryker’s Emergency Care ALS360 processes, ensuring accurate deal entry, timely updates, and compliance with revenue recognition policies.

  • Manage ALS360 lifecycle activities, including refreshers, deferrals, and compliance checks to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategic Sales teams to resolve order management issues, optimize shipment timing, and support ALS360 opportunities.

  • Lead material reservation strategy and execution, ensuring timely allocation of inventory and proactive adjustments based on supply constraints and demand signals.

  • Partner with IBP and Manufacturing teams to align reservation priorities with production schedules and customer commitments.

  • Support strategic revenue plans by delivering data-driven insights, preparing analyses for weekly revenue calls, and highlighting key changes and forecast impacts.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, reinforcing standards, and driving operational efficiency across teams.

  • Respond to inquiries and maintain accurate asset and customer details in required systems while collaborating with marketing, customer service, finance, and sales.

  • Help develop metrics that improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support effectiveness, while supporting customer success teams with engagement insights.

  • Demonstrate proactive communication, strategic thinking, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach in all cross-functional interactions.

What you Need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Advanced skills in Excel (v look up, pivot tables)

You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week (Mon-Wed), but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
