Your Role: Drive Growth & Inspire Success
As Regional Sales Manager for Upper Extremities and Foot & Ankle, you will lead a high-performing team of six sales professionals to drive market expansion and exceed revenue targets. Reporting to the Northern Europe Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping our strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire – Motivate your team to excel in a highly competitive market.
Develop Strategies – Create and execute effective commercial strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Key Accounts, and Finance teams.
Customer Excellence – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to strengthen market leadership.
Forecast & Plan – Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Coach & Develop Talent – Mentor and develop your team to ensure strong performance and a pipeline of future leaders.
Drive Performance – Execute marketing plans, optimize budgets, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven Sales Success – Proven success over at least 5 years within a sales and/or marketing role with demonstrable examples of where you have informally led others.
Medical Devices Expertise – Preferably within the healthcare sector or operating theatre environment.
Leadership & Coaching Skills – Ability to mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
Strategic Mindset – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial focus.
Technology Proficiency – Experience using CRM systems and MS Office.
Language Skills – Fluency in English and Dutch (C1 level) is essential.
Valid Driver’s License – Regular field travel (50%) required.
