Job description
The Regional Manager for the Western Region, Saudi Arabia, will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to exceed market share and revenue objectives for the MedSurge, Neuro, Spine, and ENT portfolio. This includes leading, managing, and developing a high-performing sales team to ensure Stryker maintains its leadership position in the industry while driving business growth. Additionally, the Regional Manager will oversee regional operations, ensuring optimized customer service and the acquisition of new customers.
What you will do
Lead, manage, and develop sales teams to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Provide coaching and mentoring to build high-performing teams.
Develop and execute robust regional business plans, including SWOT analysis and SMART objectives, to drive sustainable growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, clinicians, and healthcare administrators, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, craft effective sales strategies, and maintain a strong market presence.
Serve as the go-to expert on product knowledge, providing advice, training, and field support to the team and customers when needed.
Monitor regional sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and take corrective actions to achieve business goals.
Manage the regional sales pipeline, ensuring timely execution of sales processes and alignment with overall business strategy.
Host, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings and work collaboratively across functions to drive innovation and business alignment.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 7 years of sales or sales management experience in the medical device industry.
Strong knowledge of the medical device environment and applicable regulations.
Preferred:
Experience with capital equipment.
Minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
Proven sales leadership experience and/or demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales goals.
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
