Job description
- Maintain and organize regulatory dossiers of past submissions for document archival required for audits and traceability
- Maintain tracker of approved products
- Track regulatory submission timelines, approvals, and retentions
- Maintain and update internal databases and document management systems for regulatory files
- Prepare and upload product database for NPPA compliance
- Prepare reports and regulatory status updates
- Review of approved product list with internal ERP system
- Coordinate with RA team to keep all trackers updated at all times
- Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
