What You Will Do
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection instructions to verify product quality.
- Conduct material, component, and First Article Inspections (FAI), including basic statistical analysis.
- Review and process Device History Records (DHRs) to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Complete ERP system transactions related to inspections, quality documentation, and material dispositions.
- Identify, document, and process nonconforming materials, including initiating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Support quality objectives and team performance metrics while working to production forecasts and schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance inspection processes.
What You Need
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Quality control experience
$25.20/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
