Job description

What you will do:

As our QC Inspector, you will perform inspections of the manufacturing process. You will conduct dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assemblies. Additionally, you will interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards and lists in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies. This role will largely be done at a desk sitting down, however you must be able to lift, bend and stoop as needed for the role.

  • Inspects raw materials, components and finished products to ensure conformance to specification.      

  • Perform roving inspection of the production lines and document all findings.

  • Performs quality control inspections in accordance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulations / guidelines.

  • Accurately records inspection results to ensure proper segregation of accepted and rejected products.

What you need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.

  • Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications

Preferred:

  • Good understanding of Quality Assurance

  • Prior experience using measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.

  • Preferred experience in a quality control work environment.
