On Site Location: 11811 Willows Rd NE, Redmond, WA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, flexible

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and/or performing service report reviews, entering/assigning complaints, and coding for trending purposes for our Emergency Care business. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Review and determine what service reports from field service require further investigation.
  • Enter complaints, primarily from field service reports as required.
  • Communicate to field service to ask screening questions or obtain missing information.
  • Assist with data collection and trending as required.
  • Assist during internal audits.
  • Coordinate product returns.
  • Communicate and coach technical support, service depot, and field service on reporting expectations.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Track Wise, SalesForce/ServiceMax
  • Moderate level of medical device industry knowledge

$24.21/hr. – $32.75/hr.,  plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
