Job description
What you will do
Lead the creation and execution of the project charter, management plan, and detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
Develop and manage the project Gantt chart, including critical path and major workstream analysis.
Define project scope with stakeholders and ensure alignment with management.
Establish and monitor project budget, quality plans, and procurement planning activities.
Create and maintain the risk management plan, including risk identification, analysis, and response strategies.
Estimate, acquire, and assign project resources, defining responsibilities and providing performance feedback.
Build and manage stakeholder and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships, integrate customer feedback, support decision-making under ambiguity, and drive results within demanding timelines.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as automotive, aerospace or medical devices.
5+ years of experience in technical or project management roles, working directly with New Product Introduction and/or Product Transfer.
Experience with Risk Management.
Proficiency in MS Project.
Bilingual: English & Spanish.
