Project Managers at Stryker are responsible for delivering defined project outcomes that support broader business and finance transformation objectives. They manage cross functional initiatives with accountability for execution against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets under established governance structures.

As a Project Manager, you will support high impact finance initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, improve processes, and strengthen decision support capabilities. This role provides the opportunity to lead meaningful projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to enterprise transformation efforts.
What You Will Do
- Manage finance transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task sequencing, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
- Monitor project financials and resource allocations, escalating variances and risks as appropriate.
- Identify project risks and issues, coordinate mitigation plans, and track resolution to closure.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide status reporting, and ensure alignment across functional teams.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendor partners as required to support project execution.
- Clarify team roles, responsibilities, and deliverables to ensure accountability and timely execution.
- Gather and incorporate end user feedback to support practical solution design and adoption.
This role requires strong organizational discipline, effective communication skills, and the ability to execute structured project plans within an established program framework.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management or related experience supporting cross functional initiatives
- Experience managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or working toward certification
- Experience supporting finance or operational improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
