Job description

The Project Manager, Enterprise PMO will focus on supporting projects and programs which facilitate the introduction of products into markets, globalization of existing products and the eventual retirement of products. This role works closely with Marketing, R&D and Regulatory across multiple regions and production sites to ensure product line continuity. The Project Manager will have accountability and authority for achieving a project’s objectives.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.
  • Create work breakdown structures for assigned projects and manage detailed project timelines; analyze project critical path and major workstreams.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and cross functional partners to refine project scope, define the role, responsibility, and deliverables.
  • As needed, collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
  • Develop a risk management plan for assigned projects. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.
  • Develop a Stakeholder management plan for assigned projects, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships at all levels, particularly with business partners in Marketing, R&D and Regulatory teams.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years of relatable work experience

Preferred:

  • MBA
  • PMP or equivalent
  • MS Project, Planview or other project management software
  • MS Office Suite of products

​$86,600 - $138,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
