Job description

What you will do:

  • Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.

  • Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.

  • Manage project budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) with strong cost control discipline

  • Track and report project progress using clear, data-driven metrics (timelines, risks, financials)

  • Remove obstacles, resolve issues, and maintain momentum in complex project environments

  • Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture with a strong sense of accountability

What do you need:

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field

  • 4+ years of work experience in project management and/or technical roles

  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Knowledge of process validation, GD&T, statistical methods, or process mapping is a plus

  • Growth mindset – ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

  • Familiarity with regulated industries is highly desirable

  • Knowledge of Polish and English on communicative level
