Job description
Stryker is hiring a Program Manager, RAQAC, candidate to reside within a commutable distance to Cary, IL, with an expectation to be onsite 3 days per week.
The Program Manager for RAQAC will lead Stryker’s new EPPEC program, supporting our Medical Division. As an Individual Contributor, this role involves collaborating closely with Business Unit leadership to define, manage, and take ownership of the program scope. The candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure and will oversee significant resources and complex functional integration. This position requires frequent engagement with all stakeholders impacted by the program, including end users, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
What you will do
- Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the program schedule.
- Create program budget with cross-functional managers and directors. Optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget.
- Partner with project teams to create program Quality Plans using a multitude of quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans.
- Develop a risk management plan for the program. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.
- Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members.
- Develop a Procurement Management Plan and be a strategic partner in the selection of procurement partners.
- Develop a Stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations and requirements.
- Develop and Execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders.
- Builds successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments. Understands quality system(s).
- Drives results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines. Steps up to take on additional responsibility where appropriate
- Adept at team management, selects the right people to the right tasks all while maintain team morale and recognizing contributions.
What you need
BA or BS (emphasis in management or related discipline preferred) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 9 years demonstrated project management experience in at least one discipline (Finance, Procurement, IS, R&D Operations, etc.)
- Minimum of 4 years’ regulated program experience, including ISO, FDA, and working knowledge of managing change in FDA regulated products.

- Master's Degree or equivalent
PMP or PgMP or equivalent
