Job description
As a Program Manager, Intelligence, you will play a vital role within our Market Intelligence team, focusing on the Trauma Business unit. In this position, you will collaborate across the organization to develop and implement pricing and contracting strategies and aim to maximizing revenue and profitability. Additionally, you will work closely with field business partners to support them in achieving their goals.
This role is based in our Mahwah office, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement. Regular weekly presence in the office is required, along with 20% travel within the United States.
What you will do:
Provides direction and support in the development of contract and pricing strategy.
Monitors market conditions and adjusts pricing and contracting strategies as needed.
Develops and communicates analytics to senior leaders to drive business changes and to improve pricing strategy.
Creates a standardized way to track KPIs based on analysis of metrics over time.
Determines required changes needed in policy and procedure to ensure strong margin performance.
Develops and maintains relationships with business partners to drive change throughout the organization and ensure effective contract negotiations and management.
Accountable for managing data and systems.
Focuses on customer satisfaction and engagement through a consultative approach and identifying customer's needs to drive value.
Collaborates in developing key strategic documents (strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc..) and translates plans to implement pricing strategies.
Supports the creation of project charters, business case financial models, business review documentation as applicable.
Researches and accurately forecasts resource needs to aid in strategy development.
Assists in setting the sales training strategy for pricing and contracting policies and creates tools/resources to educate the business on solution offerings.
Delivers high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.
What you’ll need
Required
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of work experience required
Preferred
MBA degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical device industry
At least 2 years of experience supporting strategic pricing or marketing teams
2 years of experience in market research intelligence
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Tableau
Experience in content creation and public speaking
Background in working with orthopedics
Demonstrated experience in data analysis
