Job description
What you will do:
As our Professional Affairs Associate, you will provide relationship management for HCP consultants. Additionally, you will collaborate with field sales management to provide consultant information and ensure SOP compliance with all field based trainings. You will also ensure SYK OI is compliant with all policies as well as meets its contractual obligations with HCP consultants.
Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Establish and maintain relationship with territory Sales Reps and ADs; provide information on HCP Consultants within territory and as needed in other territories as backup.
Be the first point of contact for HCP consultants; act as a representative for Stryker on business-related contract issues when speaking with HCP consultants.
Generate new contract paperwork and contracts; initiate documentation for renewals as needed; circulate all contracts for signatures.
Work with Compliance and Legal departments to resolve contractual and compliance issues in regards to HCP agreements, payments, and SOP requirements.
Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure Stryker OI is in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Analyze/compare current SOPs and other business practices with current state and Handle the processing, documentation and review of consultant payments and ensure they are in compliance with policies and procedures and that we meet our contractual obligations.
Provide clear guidance for corrective actions for all payment requests not in compliance with applicable requirements or contract agreements.
Detail shortcomings with recommended improvements.
Maintain data updates within CCD, OI Needs Assessment and CMS Databases to ensure compliant HCP interactions.
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
Preferred:
2+ years of experience working with AdvaMed, Anti Kickback and federal guidelines related to the healthcare industry or any federally regulated environment is strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience with HCP strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects
Ability to accurately and effectively manage processes to ensure timely outcomes and documentation integrity
Intermediate Microsoft Office and database skills; including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, oracle and experience with internal databases
$58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
