Production Supervisor

What You Will Do:

This role combines production leadership, process oversight, workforce planning, and operational execution to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing performance. The position includes direct management responsibilities and plays a key role in coordinating people, resources, and production priorities.

• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Prioritize and manage production schedules based on product demand, equipment availability, and material supply.
• Monitor production performance and implement actions to improve efficiency, productivity, and output.
• Develop staffing plans and manpower requirements to support operational needs and production goals.
• Manage assigned budgets and provide recommendations related to labor, operational expenses, and capital investments.
• Delegate work assignments, establish priorities, and oversee execution of tasks within assigned production areas.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members while monitoring the quality and quantity of work in progress.
• Review operational metrics and ensure compliance with manufacturing, quality, and safety requirements.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or production operations, including experience leading, supervising, or managing employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience monitoring manufacturing quality metrics and supporting compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
