Job description
Stryker, a Medical Devices Company, has a newly built manufacturing production plant in Skawina. We operate in the field of manufacturing implants and instruments from special materials such as: stainless steel and titanium alloys. We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team.
What will you do:
Planning the production of medical products through collaboration with relevant functions in the supply chain.
Ensuring data quality in the ERP system related to raw material orders, work-in-progress (WIP) orders, and finished products ready for shipment to customers.
Maintaining effective communication with all teams involved in the production process and supporting production in achieving clear production goals, monitoring progress, and addressing any execution issues (Production Scheduling Management).
Supervising material planning for production and material quantity levels throughout the entire manufacturing process (RM-WIP-FG stock levels).
Monitoring and reporting on unfulfilled orders and orders, as well as creating projections for their reduction.
Managing the production capacity planning process in collaboration with relevant departments - Production and Engineering (Capacity Planning).
Providing planning support for the introduction of new products (NPI).
Managing the change process from a supply chain perspective (Phase Out Management).
What do you need:
Higher education - preferred fields: business, engineering, supply chain management, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management, ideally in the medical device sector.
Experience in production planning and supply chain management using an ERP system (SAP experience is a strong plus).
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is required.
