Job description
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 3:45pm - 12:15am
What you will do:
As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for the following listed below:
- Lead and support a team of assemblers to meet daily production goals.
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Train new team members on assembly procedures, tools, and safety protocols.
- Perform and inspect assembly tasks to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and team performance.
- Promote a safe, organized work environment and enforce company policies.
- Act as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and process improvement suggestions.
What you will need:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Preferred:
- 3 years of medical device assembly.
- Medical device, Sub-assembly or Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or Back up leadership experience.
- Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope.
- Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
