At Stryker, we are driven to make healthcare better. We are looking for a clinically minded, customer-focused Product Specialist to join our Extremities team in Belgium, supporting our Upper Extremities portfolio across Wallonia and parts of Flanders.
This is a highly field-based role combining clinical expertise, technical support, relationship management, and business growth within existing customer accounts.
About the role
As a Product Specialist, you will become a trusted clinical partner to Orthopaedic Surgeons and hospital teams, providing hands-on support before, during, and after surgical procedures.
You will spend the majority of your time in the operating room, supporting Upper Extremities procedures and ensuring excellent technical execution and customer experience.
You will also work closely with the sales team to help maintain and grow existing business through strong customer relationships and clinical expertise.

What you will do
Provide on-site clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
Scrub into surgeries and support surgeons and theatre staff
Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals
Support and maintain existing customer accounts
Identify opportunities to grow business within existing customers
Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders
Manage inventory and CRM administration
Collaborate closely with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager
Develop strong technical knowledge across the Upper Extremities portfolio
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with strong clinical aptitude and the ability to build credibility in the OR environment.
Ideal backgrounds may include:
Operating Room Nurse
Physiotherapist
Clinical specialist experience
Biomedical Engineering graduate
Other healthcare or anatomy-focused backgrounds
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
0+ years of work experience
Fluent French and English
Willingness to travel across Belgium and occasionally Luxemburg
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to operating room/theatre environments
Strong anatomical knowledge
Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
Commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach
Tech-savvy with strong learning agility
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
