What You Will Do
Position Overview:
This strategic role in the Sports Medicine division in Brazil is responsible for managing the portfolio and lifecycle of the product line. The position requires expertise to handle the challenges of a high-turnover portfolio. The professional will collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical education, to ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing strategic events, optimizing budgets, and preparing for significant sales opportunities with major medical groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio and lifecycle of the product line, addressing the unique challenges of a high-turnover portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical education teams to align strategies.
- Plan and execute strategic events, allocating budgets effectively and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Prepare for large-scale sales opportunities with major medical groups, driving successful outcomes and contributing to business growth.
- Author key documents, including the strategic plan, annual marketing plan, and product launch plans, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Identify expressed and unexpressed customer needs to drive product and program improvements.
- Develop and implement segmentation, targeting, and pricing strategies to enhance commercial efficiency and align with brand positioning.
- Establish performance metrics and success criteria, demonstrating financial insight and accountability to deliver high-quality results.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in medical device companies.
- Proven experience in roles such as Product Specialist or Clinical Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Prior experience with orthopedics or Sports Medicine franchises.
- Previous experience in marketing positions, demonstrating strategic and executional capabilities.
