Based Location: Amsterdam

Are you passionate about driving marketing strategies and product management in the medical device industry?

Join our team as a Product Manager, ProCare Europe, and take ownership of a key business segment across the European region. In this role, you will be the go-to person for executing strategies, supporting sales enablement, and driving marketing operations to deliver tangible business results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the ProCare business strategy across Europe, supporting the Senior Commercial Manager, ProCare Europe.

  • Provide strategic support to various managers in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.

  • Lead and own central tactics, actions, and campaigns that drive business outcomes.

  • Manage product management, marketing operations, pricing, quoting, and procedures for ProCare.

  • Support local and central teams in sales education, marketing communications, insights, content management, and collateral development.

  • Lead new product launches, service obsolescence planning, events, and sales tool development.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of ProCare initiatives and projects.

  • Provide in-field marketing, events, and sales support to gather insights, drive strategy, and stay ahead of competition.

  • Help manage the ProCare marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the medical device industry, marketing, or sales.

  • Experience with service contracting or value based services business is highly advantageous.

  • Background in product management or sales operations, including marketing planning, pricing management, competitive research, and sales enablement.

  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, Marketo, Adobe Creative Suite, Oracle, and PowerApps.

  • Additional European languages are a plus but not essential.
