Schedule: 1st Shift,  Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Overtime based on business needs

What you will do -

The ProCare Support Specialist is responsible for working cross functionally with Stryker Medical Sales Support, Technical Support, Customer Service, ProCare, Sales Operations, and Management to ensure complete internal and external customer satisfaction by supporting and maintaining their assigned processes. Responsibilities include the following: 

  • Responsible for total internal and external customer satisfaction in all applicable processes. 
  • Prompt response and resolution to questions, requests, etc. 
  • Performs administrative duties, run reports and completes special tasks/projects in alignment with ProCare initiatives and priorities. 
  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications. 
  • Communicates process and systems as well as needs to all affected parties. 
  • Develops systems of sustainment and communication for all their responsible processes. 
  • Prioritizes and identifies activities and tasks, adjusting priorities when appropriate. 
  • ​Assist in creating customer-facing reports that drive growth and efficiency based on a sound understanding of distribution, customer service, tech support, sales support, and field service operational procedures.   
  • ​Help perform and report physical inventory, inventory audits, and onboarding/exit inventory counts.   
  • ​Analyze inventory levels to mitigate backorders and supply constraints.  
  • ​Assists with training and education for users on systems, operational procedures, and work instructions, and communicate how these processes tie to the department and overall Stryker goals.    
  • Assist with service parts order expedites and lead times as needed.

What you need -

Required Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 4 years of work experience
  • May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate. 
  • May be required to move materials up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, other ERP systems, and applicable order entry systems. 
  • Minimum one year of customer service or operational support experience.
