Job description
We are looking for a Principal Territory Specialist to drive Communications & Projects activity in KSA.
What you will do:
Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity.
Knows how to identify the rights contacts and initiate connections.
Knows how to build reliable projections/ forecast.
Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager
Proactively offers solutions to his/her customers.
Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the business targets and customer demands
Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs
Is able to translate strategy into an action plan in an autonomous way, and knows his/her daily, weekly and monthly goals. Has a basic understanding of how own area integrates witinh the sub-function.
Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase etc.) and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects.
Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers
Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training. Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up the collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure that the collections are made at given due dates
Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedbacks in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons
Preparing the Congress/Demo materials, using them appropriately and delivering the materials to the storehouse in a sterilized and non-damaged condition
Communicating the scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process.
Providing support to logistics team when needed.
Uses data and financial measures to anticipate problems and make appropriate decisions.
Good business skills and may still need a support depending on projects.

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related
5-8 years’ Business experience with Diploma in related field. Higher Education preferrable.
Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations required.
