Pricing and Tenders Intern

Assisting in Sourcing Tender Opportunities:

Support the team in identifying and researching new tender opportunities.

• Maintaining Tender and RFQ Databases: Assist with updating and managing the database of all tender and RFQ activities to ensure it remains organized and up-to-date.

• Supporting Responses to RFQs, RFIs, and Tenders: Help draft and coordinate responses to RFQs, RFIs, and tender requests under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Customer Query Coordination: Assist in managing customer queries and timelines, providing support in ensuring all requests are addressed efficiently.

• Providing General Support to Branches/Regions: Assist with guidance to branches and regions regarding tender and RFQ processes.

• Identifying and Circulating Tender Specifications: Help identify relevant tender specifications and circulate them to the appropriate team members.

Information Gathering from Stakeholders: Support the gathering of essential information from internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of tender and RFQ documents.

• Managing the RFQ and Tender Register: Assist in maintaining the RFQ and Tender register/dashboard • Document Delivery Support: Help ensure all completed documents are prepared and delivered on time.

• Validity Extension Requests: Assist with handling requests for validity extensions in coordination with the team.

• Extracting Key Points from Tenders: Support the extraction of key points from tender documents and forward relevant information to project managers and team members. • Responding to SBD Form Requests: Help manage requests for Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.

• Managing IPS/Ariba and Tradeworld Inquiries: Assist in handling inquiries on these platforms, under supervision.

• Orderlogistics File Updating: Help update and upload Orderlogistics files to keep them current.

• Supporting Pricing and Discounts: Assist with loading and managing discounts on MFG and help maintain the Master Price File.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
