PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst

PMO analyst participates in the achievement of the PMO's objectives through data entry, analysis, and metrics. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project governance and ensuring that projects align with organizational goals. You will analyze project performance, prepare reports, and assist in improving project management processes and systems.

What You Will Do

• Establish and maintain partnerships with PMO stakeholders
• Support data analysis for short- and long-term planning under guidance
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key project metrics and performance indicators.
• Participate in PMO initiatives aimed at improving project management capabilities and maturity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management standards, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide analytical support.
• Contribute to the annual planning and budgetary process for the function.
• Actively work with portfolio and project managers to plan for or resolve resourcing fluctuations.
• Works collaboratively across multiple functions to obtain project status and follow up on actions with functional teams and project owners.

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or data analytics
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Clear English verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. 
• Familiarity with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting 
• Experience with Planview
