Job description
What you will do:
Maintenance, update, storage and control of physical security documentation, regularly audits systems to comply with internal controls and legal requirements.
Support different teams within Stryker on access control, camera/CCTV, visitor management, and other security tools.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the building security systems by monitoring and responding to incidents, changes, problems and knowledge management processes and procedures.
Uphold and support the building security change management process and corresponding policies.
Work with the Physical Security Team to have in place career path goals for each team member, discussions on performance of team members, and plan the growth of the team.
Ensure training metrics are updated and provide reports on a regular basis, to ensure target coverage of eligible employee base.
Serves on projects that support the physical security team direction. Support organizational change projects, in partnership with the Physical Security team. This includes support of organizational design work, agency transitions, etc.
Work with the team to manage the physical security connect site by adding new documents, awareness messages, etc.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of relevant working experience required preferably within a matrixed international company (preferably with US-based headquarters or a Multinational company)
Fluent spoken and written English are required. Any other language is a plus.
