What you will do:
Maintenance, update, storage and control of physical security documentation, regularly audits systems to comply with internal controls and legal requirements.
Share monthly materials with Managers, such as reporting, FAQs, tracking of key metrics, among others.
Support different teams within Stryker on access control, camera/CCTV, visitor management, uniformed guards, and other security tools.
Partnership with vendors on supporting the security tools in place by being the first line of help for internal customers.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the building security systems by monitoring and responding to incidents, changes, problems and knowledge management processes and procedures
Manage the monitoring of Stryker assets using Everbridge and report events to site point of contact(s)
Communicate out to sites on terminated employees to verify that the terminated individual is not in the access control system for the site.
Work with the Physical Security Team to have in place career path goals for each team member, discussions on performance of team members, and plan the growth of the team.
Partnering with local HR Managers and Talent Management leader for the deployment of local communications and logistics for local courses/training.
Responsible for updating and supporting the preparation of annual training plans for the site, in partnership with other areas.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of relevant working experience required preferably within a matrixed international company (preferably with US-based headquarters or a Multinational company)
Fluent spoken and written English are required. Any other language is a plus.
