Job description

Shift Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5:00 PM- 4:00 AM

What you will do: 

As a Production Associate II, you will be working in a team environment performing various manufacturing duties to ensure the team meets all goals and objectives.

Typical types of work include:

  • Maintain clean room standards per standard operating procedure.
  • Be responsible for quality and adherence to manufacturing process requirements.
  • Build product by following all processes in which certified and completing other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.  
  • Record information on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records.
  • Perform verifications on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records.
  • Independently complies with signals from Hour by Hour and in-process Kanbans and may direct others.
  • Demonstrate and apply a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Understand 6S principles for assigned areas.
  • Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices.

What you need: 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or GED
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years manufacturing/operations or related experience
  • Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience
